Cuts to EBSA undermine the bipartisan progress we have made in recent years through the No Surprises Act, the SECURE Act, the SECURE 2.0 Act, and so many other important laws.

We already have a universal health care system in this country, it is just really bad.

This balance between the private sector and creating employer/employee good relationship... healthcare benefits are really important.

I do not agree with that, Mr. Chairman. As a former small business person, I believe in efficiency.
