The message that went out from this meeting to the world is that United States credibility in dealing with our allies has taken a real hit.
It is inexcusable not to do the proper planning that has to be done in order to make sure that their deployment is not overextended, that they’re getting the supplies they need, that they’re getting the support they need.
The answer is no, not at all. Not in 100 years. These plans that the Pentagon develops, we -- we develop these plans to deal with every potential crisis that's out there.
