It is going to impact on compensation. It is going to impact on training and equipment. It is going to impact on personnel. It is going to impact on every area of the budget. And it is mindless. It does not make sense.

Well, it should not have happened. I don’t care what excuses you want to use, it should not have happened.
It is inexcusable not to do the proper planning that has to be done in order to make sure that their deployment is not overextended, that they’re getting the supplies they need, that they’re getting the support they need.
I think America will be back fighting Iran again in a few years, no matter what happens now.
