The message that went out from this meeting to the world is that United States credibility in dealing with our allies has taken a real hit.

Something, somebody, somewhere failed to do the proper planning for what had to take place in order to properly support our men and women in uniform.

I think we have to take this intelligence assessment as a real threat to NATO.
