I think the United States ought to be part and parcel of any agreement to be able to provide a security assurance to make sure that Ukraine is protected from the kind of invasion that we've seen from Russia.

The message that went out from this meeting to the world is that United States credibility in dealing with our allies has taken a real hit.

That’s too long, and it should have been brought back sooner.

The facts have to be presented to the American people, and it's the American people who will judge what is right or wrong.
