The answer is no, not at all. Not in 100 years. These plans that the Pentagon develops, we -- we develop these plans to deal with every potential crisis that's out there.

I don't like the idea that former soldiers who served well, uh, at least during the time they spent in the military, uh, that somehow there was something that happened that then turned them into terrorists.

Something, somebody, somewhere failed to do the proper planning for what had to take place in order to properly support our men and women in uniform.

It is inexcusable not to do the proper planning that has to be done in order to make sure that their deployment is not overextended, that they’re getting the supplies they need, that they’re getting the support they need.
