Leon Panetta: “sequestration would have a devastating effect on the Defense Department overall”

I think we have to take this intelligence assessment as a real threat to NATO.

The secretaries of defense feel that there have to be hearings to oversee just exactly what took place and what standard this administration is going to use.

I recommend he take Reagan's position, which is trust, but verify.

Somebody needs to get fired.
