I think we are dealing with the mood of an electorate that is not really sold on any elected officials right now.

Ultimately people will lose their lives. We urge HUD to work with the City of Los Angeles to provide the necessary funding to reduce homelessness.

The lack of adequate services continues to be a real problem and a contributing factor to people cycling in and out of homelessness, and these services are controlled by LA County.
