Too often, those requests have been met with delayed communication, limited transparency, and insufficient public engagement.

We must rigorously examine whether our policies, training, tactics, supervision and accountability systems are sufficient.

We will always protect our neighbors, and we continue to stand shoulder to shoulder with immigrant families in LA and everywhere.

Any bad faith attempts to influence elections should be investigated and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
