This bill directs the Environmental Protection Agency to establish a grant program to study and reduce food waste.

I applaud the VA in terms of their strong focus on implementation of the PACT Act, but we can not forget the rest of the VA and all the other missions that we have here.

I also want to thank you for your work to improve our Nation's infrastructure, to improve transportation safety, and to address the climate crisis.

I was unable to vote today. Had I been present, I would have voted NAY on Roll Call No. 77. ____________________
