It seems pretty simple to me that the VA, in order to write this letter to survivors, they have to come up with an itemized list.

I do think that it is important that we acknowledge the progress that we have made.

It is frustrating that the VA has not made more progress addressing these challenges, most of which long predate the COVID-19 pandemic.

I applaud the VA in terms of their strong focus on implementation of the PACT Act, but we can not forget the rest of the VA and all the other missions that we have here.
