We thank Rep. Julia Brownley (D-CA-26) for introducing this legislation.

Your legislation includes a number of historic provisions the TWU has been advocating for for over decades.

It seems pretty simple to me that the VA, in order to write this letter to survivors, they have to come up with an itemized list.

I guess my question to you is, and this lies some of my frustration, is that the net net increase in hiring--and I presume it is not--but you let me--tell me one way or the other, is it net net?
