I was not able to vote today. Had I been present, I would have voted NAY on Roll Call No. 477 and YEA on Roll Call No. 478. personal explanation

I applaud the VA in terms of their strong focus on implementation of the PACT Act, but we can not forget the rest of the VA and all the other missions that we have here.

I do think that there is still more that needs to be done to make sure that we are processing these claims on a timely basis.
