We thank Rep. Julia Brownley (D-CA-26) for introducing this legislation.

I applaud the VA in terms of their strong focus on implementation of the PACT Act, but we can not forget the rest of the VA and all the other missions that we have here.

I think instead of putting our collective heads in the sand, we should double down on investments to innovate and adapt.

I do think that there is still more that needs to be done to make sure that we are processing these claims on a timely basis.
