I am thrilled that you have given certainty to the program through the new California SBLC license.
We are their elected representatives, endowed with the responsibility to be their voice in Washington, D.C.
Thank you to Representatives Meuser and Scholten for your bipartisan leadership on this bill.
However, Republicans routinely appropriate less than what is needed to fund the state workload.
