I am pleased to learn today of the voluntary efforts now underway to reduce piracy.

I would like to submit testimony for the record on behalf of the Copyright Alliance on the role of voluntary agreements.

While it is a great step forward, it does have limited impact unless other players like search engines get involved.

To what extent should we consider these newer platforms as we are reauthorizing satellite TV laws?
