The text of the amendment is as follows: At the end of division E (before the short title), insert the following: Sec. 422. None of the funds made available by this division may be used to deny eligibility of a single family mortgage for insurance under title II of the National Housing Act on the basis of the status of the mortgagor as an alien in deferred action status pursuant to the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (`DACA') Program announced by the Secretary of Homeland Security on June 15, 2012.
