I agree with what the SEC is attempting to do here. I think that is no secret, I always have, and I think it is certainly within their jurisdiction.

For decades, undocumented immigrants have trusted the IRS when it encouraged them to file. They've paid taxes in good faith... Not only is this a total betrayal, but it's also illegal. We'll fight this.

I find it kind of interesting now that the Republicans point to the courts as some sort of objective standard when it changes.
