During this whole time of COVID-19, over 75 percent of the people who actually get caught sneaking in this fentanyl, this terrible drug that is killing our people, are American citizens.

I am very concerned about that because I don't think that our efforts have been very successful in doing this, just to be honest with you, so I hope that we continue to push on this.
