Joshua Keck Harder is an American politician serving as the U.S. Representative for California's 10th congressional district since January 3, 2019. A member of the Democratic Party, Harder has focused on issues such as healthcare, education, and economic development during his time in office. He succeeded Republican Jeff Denham in a district that has leaned Democratic in recent elections.
This is a public safety concern for the farmers, families, and water users across the state, and it's a concern for anyone across the country who eats our produce.
