The repeal of the Affordable Health Care Act obviously deals with the Patients' Bill of Rights, but it also deals with the deficit. {time} 1610 This week, the Congressional Budget Office, nonpartisan, not Democrat, not Republican, they answer to neither party. They answer to the general public. They said that the repeal of the Affordable Health Care Act will increase the deficit by $230 billion, $230 billion in the next 9 years, and in the out years, the next 10 years, well over 1 trillion, $200 billion increase in the deficit.
