Reclaiming my time, we don't need to guess what they are going to do. The Speaker of the House of Representatives, Mr. Ryan, has said very clearly that next year will be step two. They will take on what he calls the social safety net: Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid, and food stamps. That is where the cuts are going to come. This is not our words. These are the words of the leadership of this House of Representatives, the words of the Speaker.
