We should keep that in mind, and certainly I know the gentlewoman will and I, and I am sure my colleagues, at least on the Democratic side of the aisle, will also. Mr. Speaker, I want to end once again with FDR: ``The test of our progress is not whether we add more to the abundance of those who have much, it is whether we provide enough for those who have too little.''
