You were just singing my song there. This Bay Bridge, why was it $3.9 billion over? Because the steel was unsatisfactory. It was low quality, it had cracks in it, it didn't meet the requirements, they had to go back and redo the welds--many, many issues. You are absolutely correct about quality, as well as about the jobs in America. We are going to make it in America. We have an opportunity here. Can I take up one more issue?
