Mr. Speaker, I see that my colleague from the great State of Ohio (Ms. Kaptur) has arrived. Often we have shared time on the floor. Ms. Kaptur, if you would care to share with us your thoughts on the Affordable Care Act as it exists. I know in your area it is a very important attribute in an area that has been known as the Rust Belt, and the effect of TrumpCare, RyanCare, on your citizens.
