Who is opposed to that? Surely, my colleagues on the left and the right want to have American equipment used in manufacturing this road or any other road, any other pipeline, or any other infrastructure project. This is what we all want, all of us. This amendment is about as simple as it could be, and it is about as important as we would find on any of the amendments. I am not going to do a gotcha thing today. All too often these MTRs are simply gotcha votes. I am not going to do that to you today. But I want all of us to consider the art of the possible.…”
