Mr. DeFazio, thank you very much. You clearly pointed out the dichotomy between the Democratic proposal, which is one of building and creating and putting together a society and an economy that actually works, and the Republicans seem to be just dismantling time after time. I would like now to turn to Congresswoman Betty Sutton, our colleague from the State of Ohio, who has seen the effect of the cuts and what they mean in her district.
