I stand with maritime labor and our U.S. maritime industry in honoring the Jones Act, today and everyday as we fight to protect this transformative law.

But the job is not done. I will continue the push to bring commonsense measures to Congress that invests in American maritime strength.

Given the tremendous potential costs of a Golden Dome system, and the fallacy that it could shield the United States from a significant missile attack, the American people deserve answers.

This is unacceptable. Before you spend one more taxpayer dollar on Golden Dome, DOD must share its plans and goals for the system.
