With House passage of this important legislation, the HOME Investment Partnerships Program will, for the first time since 1994, be modernized and brought into the 21st century.

I had the chance to meet with each of these students, and I’m pleased to announce that our country’s future is in good hands with these bright and capable future service members.

After years of work, we are one signature away from increasing access to affordable housing for hardworking Californians.

Despite these successes, they cannot overcome the fundamental flaws in this legislation.
