That is true. I intend to withdraw my amendment in hopes that we could, at the end of the bill, undertake a more full report and fence off the $15 million until that comes forward. I am not asking for a commitment now, but as we proceed through this bill, if the members of the Appropriations Committee, the chair and the ranking member specifically, would consider that language, it would be much appreciated.
