If I might ask a question of the gentlemen. He represents the Silicon Valley--at least a large portion of the Silicon Valley--and the issue of net neutrality has been bouncing around here for some time. Basically, the FCC, as I understand it, has decided that there would be net neutrality, which, as I understand it--and perhaps the gentleman can explain it better than I, so I will let him do so--may be the next thing that this new chairman intends to do away with. Has the gentleman followed that?
