I want to come back to you in a few moments and pick up something that really did stimulate the American economy, not directly on tax policy but something that was very, very important. And we'll just let people be curious about what it was that created the highest monthly volume of automobile sales in the most recent years. Mr. Kagen, we were talking earlier about some of these eight principal things, and I know you wanted to pick up another one.
