I am prepared to close. I will take my few seconds that remain then and simply say this is a good piece of legislation. I want to thank the chair of the Coast Guard and Maritime Transportation Subcommittee for his work on this, and for working across the aisle to solve problems, some very real, serious problems in this legislation.
