There is no reasonable justification for keeping the mission and number of interceptors for Golden Dome secret.

The environmental impacts, along with the economic fallout from those impacts, are simply too great, especially when there is little to no benefit for California consumers.

I cannot, in good faith, approve a budget that rewards this behavior and fails to rein in an out-of-control President.
