There is now overwhelming evidence that Secretary McMahon has violated the law by dismantling and transferring congressionally mandated programs including ones that protect students from discrimination.

This is unacceptable. Before you spend one more taxpayer dollar on Golden Dome, DOD must share its plans and goals for the system.

Last year, I called Republicans’ budget reconciliation bill ‘the largest transfer of wealth from working Americans in U.S. history.’
