The text of the amendment is as follows: At the end of the bill (before the short title), insert the following new section: prohibition on transfer of fire preparedness funds Sec. __. None of the funds made available by this Act may be used to transfer funds made available by this Act for fire preparedness activities to the Wildland Fire Management appropriation for fire suppression activities.
