By the way, there are about a million and a half veterans out there that will be able to get medical insurance through the various programs that are created by this legislation. They presently are not in the Veterans Administration process for many, many reasons. They will have access to it. So on the whole, A, we have had time to read these bills; B, the corrections that are in the reconciliation process, which will be voted on along with the Senate bill, have been around for some time, for 72 hours minimum, and in many cases over 3 and 4 months. So read the bill.
