Reclaiming my time, I thank Mr. Jeffries, Mr. Cicilline, and Mrs. Bustos for developing the Better Deal program for our caucus. Mr. Speaker, I am going to end where I started. So, for the American people, I want them to know where we are coming from as Democrats: ``The test of our progress is not whether we add more to the abundance of those who have much; it is whether we provide enough for those who have too little.''
