Well, perhaps I will just wrap, and then we will take up your point of order and see where that goes with it. This is an extremely important issue. It has to do with our relationships with NATO. It has to do with cost-sharing by the NATO community, who will eventually acquire these planes, and it also has to do with the B-61 bomb, which is an extraordinarily expensive program that may or may not fit into the future for NATO or even for us. So this amendment is designed to give us the information that we need and, until we have it, it prevents the use of the $15 million. Mr. Chairman, I yield back the balance of my time.
