That is exactly why Congress, that has purview over trade, should defend that jurisdiction, should defend our independence, and we should defend our duty to the American public. It is our job, and it is our responsibility. Let me tell you, Mr. Speaker, that is the least we can do for our country, for this Congress, and for our constituents.
