This is a good bill. It includes tax credits for childcare, immediate expensing for small business R&D, tax- free settlement for natural disasters and, yes, more affordable housing. This is a good bill, not just for my district, but for our country and our country's faith in Congress' ability to actually affect the lives and livelihoods of all Americans.
