I am leading a letter to the Honorable Chad Wolf, Acting Secretary of the Department of Homeland Security, asking Secretary Wolf to revisit this decision and hopefully answer some significant questions as to why they would implement, or try to implement, such a divisive policy, especially now during this pandemic.
