As I had said, it is time to make these important changes, and this bipartisan legislation does that. It protects our children, providing them the ability to confront their abusers, including those who knowingly promote and advertise these crimes. Mr. Chair, I thank the gentlewoman, and I am thankful for the bipartisan leadership in this effort.
