I think some of the other changes that I discussed was to make sure that the revenues that were raised, that a certain percentage of it goes back to the areas where in fact they were mined so that they can be used for the specific purposes that you are talking about, and that is to mitigate the abandoned mine issues that we have throughout the State of Nevada.
