And my time has run out, Mr. Chairman, but it has been, I think, a fault in this effort by this Committee and Subcommittee to try to deal with what is one of the real important issues in America, and that is how we pursue a 21st century process of a common-sense energy policy that takes into all of the above, takes into account our environment and the impacts of climate change and the fact that a lot of other countries are doing some things that I think look to be on a much more balanced approach than simply pursuing an ideology.
