I appreciate your forthrightness on that. But we all know this is happening.
I think there is absolutely bipartisan agreement to that point.
Addressing risks to our own supply chain will take more than just industry or just government to solve.
In general, I have heard clearly that uniform NIL regulations are needed, as well as a level playing field.
