I want to start with a shout out to the Grid Innovation Caucus that I co-Chair with my colleague Bob Latta from Ohio.

This is an inherently bipartisan issue, and the real focus should be on effective use of the spectrum.

It is important that the Commission act quickly to get this proceeding underway.

I am disappointed that this isn't on the tentative August open meeting agenda.
