I think, would be beneficial because I really think and believe that, again, the theme prevention and intervention before.

We know that a major issue with veterans getting the benefits and resources that they are entitled to is that we do not know who they are and we do not know where they are.

the veteran homelessness is a problem that can be prevented if veterans are connected with our local, state, and federal resources before they become homeless, right.

Getting information out to our military community before they are at risk, before they are homeless, to connect them to the right resources, to connect them to the VA, we should be leveraging those touch points, if you will, on a day to day.

The rate of veteran homelessness in San Diego County has dropped by nearly 30 percent over the last 4 years.

This approach will require the input, expertise, and hard work of every person in this room.

We have a lot of veterans here in the state as well as in our respective districts so there is a lot of concentration about making sure that we take care of our veterans.
