We have increasingly seen Asian Americans becoming targets of hate across the nation.

Unfortunately, my home State of California heavily relies on imported power from other States to help field electricity demand.

Asian Americans have and continue to make countless contributions to communities across the country.

Instead of increasing costs for small businesses, we should be looking to decrease costs and restore some of the economic certainty that was lost due to the pandemic.

I have the honor of representing one of the most diverse districts in the country where many family-owned restaurants have been established for many generations.

My amendment is very simple. It will require the Small Business Administration to submit a report to Congress on the waste, fraud, and abuse within the EIDL program since January 1, 2020.
