The text of the amendment is as follows: At the end of division A (before the short title), insert the following: Sec. __ None of the funds made available by this Act may be used to issue a proposed or final rule revising the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration's Federal consistency regulations at 15 Code Federal Regulations part 930 under Section 307(c) of the Coastal Zone Management Act of 1972 (16 U.S.C. 1456(c)).
